- Early bird discount rate is available by Oct. 7, 2014.
- On-line registration requires paypal or major credit card account. Registrants in Taiwan region have the option to pay the registration fee via local bank wire transfer. Please contact Mr. Yung-Ming Chiu ([email protected]) if you need any assistance.
- Invoice will be provided on-site at the conference for paid registration.

Notices
- For each accepted paper, at least one author must register by Sept. 15, 2014 as "Regular Registration" and provide the respective paper ID# during registration. One regular registration can correspond to no more than two papers.
- Each regular registration includes 1 conference proceedings and access to all sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception and banquet.
- Each student registration includes all of the items in regular registration except the banquet.
- IEEE Member Registration: To qualify for the member rate, your IEEE Membership number is required.
- SSCS Member Registration: To qualify for the member rate, your IEEE Membership number is required.
- Student Registration: To qualify for the student rate, a proof of current full-time student status (i.e., a copy of student card or certification from your university) is required.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- All refunds/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by Oct. 20, 2014.
- There will be an administration fee of NT$ 4,500 deducted from each refund.
